Homework help, report-card check-ins, and older players coaching the younger ones. Staying in good standing at school is part of staying on the roster.

Tournaments & community trips
Beach tournaments, stadium days, and end-of-season celebrations. Travel, tickets, and meals are funded by donations so cost never keeps a kid on the bench.
